Wth i always sleep so late

I need inspiration not to stay up late.

BE ROUTINE. Get into a routine with your sleep habits. You probably already know that going to sleep at the same time night after night will help train your body to get tired at a certain hour. But did you know that making a point to wake up at the same time every morning will also help train your body's sleep rhythm? If you get up at the same time every day for several weeks, eventually your body will train itself to get tired early enough every night so that you can get the amount of sleep you need.
The bigger concern is chronic sleep loss, which can contribute to health problems such as weight gain, high blood pressure, and a decrease in the immune system’s power.

1. Learning and memory: Sleep helps the brain commit new information to memory through a process called memory consolidation. In studies, people who’d slept after learning a task did better on tests later.

2. Metabolism and weight: Chronic sleep deprivation may cause weight gain by affecting the way our bodies process and store carbohydrates, and by altering levels of hormones that affect our appetite.

3. Safety: Sleep debt contributes to a greater tendency to fall asleep during the daytime. These lapses may cause falls and mistakes such as medical errors, air traffic mishaps, and road accidents.

4. Mood: Sleep loss may result in irritability, impatience, inability to concentrate, and moodiness. Too little sleep can also leave you too tired to do the things you like to do.

5. Cardiovascular health: Serious sleep disorders have been linked to hypertension, increased stress hormone levels, and irregular heartbeat.

6. Disease: Sleep deprivation alters immune function, including the activity of the body’s killer cells. Keeping up with sleep may also help fight cancer.

Hey, don't read anymore! Go sleep!

lalala

Well well, it seems that fifa online 2 is actually veh easy to play... just that i nvr change my game options. the player switching sensitivity when opponent is in possession of the ball when default is 0, so that means if u stick with it u have to spam the change player button- but by the time it changes player the opponent already passed the ball to another person or ur defender will be jogging behind the striker. now then i realise so i set to like half. so the difficulty 10 is damn easy.

But the apple software update(lol) keep prompting so my game lag for most of first half. then second half lag stopped and i managed to notch up a few goals. but some ppl say if the margin is more than 3 the difficulty will increase. i didnt want that lol. so i stopped scoring after 5th goal and scored one own goal(on purpose) to make sure diff lvl remained. but hor if i increase the diff lvl might get more money during a game? lol i dun noe.i shall try.

Look at Mr Yakubu's goal spam and also look at what player i got-Fabio Cannavaro!

btw zhangxin wad is ur user id -i tried adding u at lawyer797 but cannot :(

Sian

Wth la this few days so many tests.

especially the chinese comprehension la

since a lot of ppl came in late after recess, test was delayed by 15 min
and the teacher said its ur fault and there will be no added time anyway
so we worked with a 15 min handicap. how reasonable. to think that i came into the cls like 5 min earlier than the teacher and yet the exam duration get cut off.

then had to chiong from the start. even so i had no time to slack la. seriously damn tired. so tired that when i go home slp, cant even go into slp only can lie there close my eyes. i kept trying to slp la, then my mum tell me to rub some herbal oil but i still failed to slp anyway

on a lighter note i decided to check my fantasy premier league results... a squad of 11 that gathers points based on real life scores. however i realised that i lost to my opponent and fell further down the table. was it a glitch again? last time the glitch cost me 2 league points which saw me became 3rd instead of first. but now, i must say sometimes i think my math not bad actually...compared to this!
